Another Foreign Student from Thailand Arrives at UM Metro

Metro, September 5, 2023 – Universitas Muhammadiyah (UM) Metro again welcomed the arrival of the latest foreign student, Yuniko Tehsoh, from Thailand, at Raden Intan II Airport on Tuesday, September 5, 2023. Yuniko Tehsoh is an international student who will study at the FKIP UM Metro English Language Education Study Program.

With Yuniko’s arrival, now the number of foreign students who have arrived and are ready to start learning at UM Metro has reached 4 people. UM Metro continues to expand cultural diversity on campus, providing opportunities for international students to experience quality higher education in Indonesia.

Head of the UM Metro Cooperation Center and International Affairs Office, Fenny Thresia, M.Pd., came down directly to pick up Yuniko Tehsoh at Raden Intan II Airport. The presence of these foreign students is clear evidence of UM Metro’s efforts to establish international cooperation and expand its global education network.

Meanwhile, UM Metro is still waiting for the arrival of one more foreign student, Ismail Mustapha Salisu, who comes from Nigeria. Ismail will join the Islamic Communication and Broadcasting Study Program.
