Aniswatun as a presenter in the Exercise Program for Ankle Deformity, Sangidatus as a presenter in making Frozen Food and Ira as a practical companion in a service activity at the Cerebral Palsy Family Forum in Metro City which was attended by 10 children who had a diagnosis of cerebral palsy.

Aniswatun revealed that before conducting an exercise program, parents also need to pay attention to the different conditions of the child’s ankle where cerebral palsy is a condition of children who have problems in their brain conditions that affect the nerves of the limbs so that weakness occurs.

“Parents can provide independent ankle deformity training at home consistently. In this activity, you must also pay attention to the child’s condition and do not force it if the child is not in a good mood,” he added.

In addition to ankle deformity training by Aniswatun, followed by entrepreneurial assistance in making frozen food by Sangidatus, this training is expected to be used as a business idea for parents of cerebral palsy families to open a home-based business. In addition to being a business idea, this frozen food making training can be used as a healthy snack that is rich in nutrients for children with cerebral palsy.

“Making frozen food can be used as a business idea as well as a dish for children with cerebral palsy because the process is easy and does not require a long time. The ingredients used, one of which uses chicken meat and vegetables and non msg so that it can be consumed by children with cerebral palsy.

Furthermore, Sangidatus said food ingredients can be stored in the frezer for a long period of time and are in great demand by the community so that it can be used as a source of income for mothers who also take care of cerebral palsy children on a daily basis. The vegetables used should not be those that contain a lot of water, such as cucumber or tomatoes, as they will change their texture to become mushy.

Meanwhile, Ira sees that by making entrepreneurial products such as frozen food can improve the economy of service participants.

Furthermore, Ira hopes that this training can help partners to develop their creativity in making nutritious food with economic value.

Representing the participants, the Chairperson of Cerebral Palsy Riska admitted that the training can provide opportunities to open new jobs for mothers who have cerebral palsy children and parents at home can apply ankle deformity movements at home.

“This activity is very useful in my opinion, because it can provide one solution because most of the time is taking care of children at home. For those who have capital, it can open new jobs for mothers who have cerebral palsy children who do not work. Thus it can help the economy in the Cerebral Palsy Community,” Riska explained.
