Together with IFI Lampung, UM Metro Himfi Members Become Nakes Lampung Half Highland Marathon

Bandar Lampung – Three students from the Physiotherapy Student Association (Himfi) of Muhammadiyah University (UM) Metro, namely Giovani Afandi, Fera Aulia Faradila, and Fitri Rohmatul Innayah, have been an extraordinary part in supporting the health of participants in the Lampung Highland Half Marathon event.

This event brings more than 1,200 participants from various regions who will participate in a half marathon race at the Sumpah Pemuda Pekor Stadium in Bandar Lampung, Sunday (3/9/2023).

This active role-taking by three Himfi UM Metro members is part of the close collaboration between Himfi and the Indonesian Physiotherapy Association (IFI) Lampung in supporting the health aspects of marathon participants. In any marathon race, it is important to have a health team ready to provide medical and physiotherapy assistance if needed. Giovani Afandi, Fera Aulia Faradila, and Fitri Rohmatul Innayah assisted in providing health and physiotherapy services to participants throughout the event.

This shows the high dedication of UM Metro Physiotherapy students in applying their knowledge and skills to support the local sports community. These three students have undergone specialized training in this regard, so they are prepared to face any challenges that may arise during the marathon.

The Lampung Highland Half Marathon is one of the most anticipated sporting events in the region, and the presence of three UM Metro Physiotherapy students in the IFI Lampung health team is a valuable asset to ensure the safety and health of participants.
